Reconstitution Suggestion:
Veal Demi Glace Gold is a four time reduction (60% solids) of a classic French demi-glace, so it can be used full strength as a glace de viande substitute or can be diluted to a classic veal demi-glace or even further diluted to a classic veal stock.
